1925 Home Kitchen & Bath Remodel | Charlotte
South of Charlotte, a 1925 residence brimming with historical charm underwent a thoughtful kitchen remodel. Retaining its original doors, knobs, wallpaper and call boxes, this home stands as a testament to its era. It was our goal to modernize the kitchen and baths of this home while still retaining its elegance and charm.
A comprehensive renovation transformed the kitchen, butler’s pantry and laundry area, with the latter discernible only when a specific cabinet door is ajar (as you’ll see in the photos). Additionally, all flooring was meticulously refinished, and the entire first floor received a fresh coat of paint, rejuvenating the space while honoring its historical essence.
The project also modernized the powder room and the compact master bath while preserving their original layouts.
